I found a stack of pizza coupons on my kitchen table the other day. I realize my roommate must have cut them out of the morning paper until I noticed a couple that looked like they were printed from his computer. Perhaps he found some pizza coupons in the paper and decided to look for a few more online. My roommate is a little unpredictable at times and usually goes through these phases. The morning paper most likely featured the perfect advertisement to get him started on a pizza fetish and now he’ll probably bring pizza home every evening until he gets sick of pizza and moves on to the next best thing.
Online Pizza Coupons
I glanced at the pizza coupons, shuffled through a couple of them to see if any of them enticed me at all before snagging one of them and walking out the door.
My roommate might know which coupon might be missing, but most likely, he just printed and cut out a slew of pizza coupons without ever really taking a close look at any of them. So I was pretty sure he wouldn’t notice one missing from the batch he accumulated from his various sources. There’s always that chance he actually spent time reading every one of those coupons individually, but most likely he found online pizza coupons and just printed them out without a second glance. Either way, I decided to take my chances and snag one on my way out the door.
When lunchtime came around, I decided to put the pizza coupons to work for me. I realized the one I happened to grab offered a two dollar discount on a large pizza. I can’t eat a large pizza by myself and don’t really want to pay for that much food, so I asked my buddy in the cubicle next to me if he was in the mood for some pizza. He waffled back and forth on the idea until I talked him into it. He split the cost and we each ate half of a large pizza. I felt a little sick the rest of the day for eating so much and later found out he experienced the same degree of nausea. Apparently, I had induced the nausea through my pizza coercion and he was a little upset with me. Of course, since I was also under the weather, and I didn’t exactly twist his arm to eat his half, he wasn’t seriously upset; more jokingly so. I returned home that day to stumble across a mad roommate who noticed one of his pizza coupons missing. I denied any knowledge of said coupons and retired to my room for the evening. I was already feeling sick to my stomach, the last thing I wanted was some ridiculous confrontation over a couple of pizza coupons.
